Position: Sales Representative - Sales Manager Growth Opportunity
Ultra Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, driven, and growth minded Sales Representative to help lead our next stage of expansion in the Triangle area.
This is not just another roofing sales position. We are building a scalable sales organization focused on roofing, gutters, siding, paint, windows, decks, and exterior solutions. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into leadership, help build a team, and create long term success with a company that is growing. Compensation & Growth Structure
Phase 1 – Sales Representative
- W2 Position
- $35,000 Base Salary
- 5%–7% Commission Structure

Phase 2 – Sales Manager Promotion Opportunity
After successfully completing the evaluation/proof period and demonstrating consistent production, leadership, reliability, and team-building capability, qualified team members will have the opportunity to transition into a Sales Manager role with:

- This structure is designed for all individuals who want to build a long-term career and grow financially as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, focused on residential and commercial opportunities.
- Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Perform roof and exterior inspections, assessing storm-related damage (wind, hail, etc.) for residential and commercial properties.
- Present, promote, and sell roofing and exterior solutions using strong product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Guide property owners through the insurance claims process when applicable.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Educate clients on roofing systems, restoration options, and additional services that meet their needs.
- Upsell existing clients on complementary products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally within the community and at all client interactions.
- Travel locally to meet clients and perform inspections (personal vehicle required).
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales and closing experience in a commission-based environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with prospecting, door-to-door sales, or lead generation
- Comfortable presenting to residential and commercial clients
- Able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Outside sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home services)
- Quick learner with interest in roofing systems and insurance claims
- Leadership mindset with growth ambitions
- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend availability as needed
- Field-based / local travel required
Salary Range: 85,000 - 180,000
