Position: Sales Representative

We’re hiring a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing team at Ultra Roofing.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales while working in a high-demand industry with strong earning potential.

In this role, you’ll manage the full sales process, from generating leads and performing roof inspections to closing deals and maintaining client relationships throughout the project.

You’ll work directly with homeowners and property owners, helping them understand their roofing needs and guiding them through solutions, including insurance claims when applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and the roofing industry
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Previous outside sales experience w/ an emphasis in self-generated leads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Present and sell roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and provided leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process when needed
• Presenting, promoting, and selling roofing products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
• Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement.
• Perform roof inspections and assess storm-related damage (wind, hail, etc.)
• Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry.
• Upsell existing clients on additional products or services that align with their needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage your sales pipeline
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Requires local travel; a personal vehicle is required.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Commission-based position (10%–15%) with high earning potential
• Flexible schedule (Monday–Friday + weekends as needed)
• Work is primarily in the field / on-site
